At Reviv, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our items and international logistics, please note our specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Final Sale Policy
All products are sold as Final Sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except under the specific circumstances outlined in Section 2. This policy is in place because:

International Logistics: Our products ship from overseas, making reverse shipping prohibitively expensive.

Hygiene Standards: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or resell used mouthguards.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered and issued in the following specific cases:

Non-Receipt: The product was never delivered to the customer.

Incorrect Product: You received an item different from what was originally ordered.
3. Claims for Missing or Partial Deliveries
To investigate reports of missing items or partial shipments, we require clear photographic evidence. This is necessary to verify claims with our carriers and warehouse. Required documentation includes:

Photos of the outer shipping packaging.

Clear photos of the shipping label.

Photos of all items received.
Note: Claims submitted without packaging and label evidence may be ineligible for replacement or refund, as we cannot verify the issue without these details.
4. Replacement Orders
If a shipment is reported missing or undelivered, we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time replacement shipment as a goodwill resolution after reviewing tracking data and address confirmation.

Final Resolution: Once a replacement order is issued, the original order is considered fulfilled.

No Refund Eligibility: Replacement shipments do not create eligibility for a refund, return, or chargeback.

Agreement: By accepting a replacement, the customer agrees that this fulfills the original purchase and that no further refund claims will be made.
